    All our goods are shipped within 2 working days or receiving your order by first class post within the UK. Outside of the UK, delivery time depends on which option to choose for delivery of your goods and where you are in the world.

    What should i do if my goods arrive damaged?

    It is a rare occurrence that our goods arrive broken as we take great care to ensure that goods are packaged sufficiently for transit, often delivering ourselves, however if your goods do arrived damaged; please contact us immediately with a precise report of your problems and we will everything reasonable to rectify issues. We will replace any parts, damaged through transit, free of charge, but will only replace a whole product if that is the only option.

    Can I get any discount for multiple purchases?

    Usually yes, but your order will have to be discussed on a case by case basis, please contact us for more details and to discuss your order.

    Can I cancel an order once made?

    1. 'In stock' goods: Orders can be cancelled for full refund if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, our Returns Policy applies. See ourTerms & Conditions for futher details

    2. 'Made to order' goods: once your deposit has been paid, cancellation must be made within 48 hrs of placing the order. Any cancellation made after the 48 hour period will not be eligible for a refund of the 30% deposit.

    3. 'Bespoke' products cannot be cancelled once your order has been agreed.

    How can I pay for my purchases?

    We accept payments:

    Debit or credit cards online or over the phone
    Personal, business or post office cheques made payable to 'Bonds';
    Money transfer by CHAPS or online.

    What should I do if my credit or debit card was refused when placing an order?

    This may have occurred because:

  • You may have inadvertently entered incorrect details – please attempt to place your order again being careful to ensure all details are correct;
  • You have tried to process your order with a billing address which is different to your card’s address – please ensure that you have entered the same address to which your card statements are sent as your billing address. You can add a separate delivery address if you require;
  • You may have a credit limit on your card (daily or monthly), which you are breeching by trying to place your order, this will mean your bank will stop us processing you card payment – please discuss this with your bank;
  • Your bank deems your transaction as abnormal when compared to your usual spending patterns and has stopped the card transaction – please phone your bank to ensure this isn’t the case;
  • The card you are using has expired, been replaced and/or cancelled or reported stolen;
  • If you feel that the problem isn’t at your end please contact us and we will do all we can to assist you.

    Do I get a receipt with my goods?

     
    Yes, a receipt is sent out with orders on delivery, with the exeption of goods that are gift wrapped. An online receipt is sent out when orders are placed.

    Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

     
    Yes, we can deliver to a different address if you require but we may require additional information to help with the prevention of fraud, before processing your order. This is company policy, which we are required to maintain.
